I believe that to get the best out of each other we need to understand and appreciate our differences, and I try every day to reflect that belief in my leadership style. I’m a straight talker and don’t really like to beat around the bush. Outside of work I love the Enterprise Adviser role that I have been doing since February 2018. I can’t wait to tell you more about that! I’m also a fan of real ale, and like nothing better than travelling the UK in my camper van with my husband Dom, ticking off pubs in the Campaign for Real Ale’s Good Beer Guide as we go.

Tia Louden

Tia LoudenI graduated from Reading University with a BA in Politics, and an MSc in International Human Resource Management in 2015. Having tried a couple of career options, including working in Human Resources, I didn’t imagine that I would end up as part of an engineering team working on incident communications for Office 365 products. As I learned about the products when they weren’t working, it sparked an interest in the technology that I was supporting as well as in the overall customer experience we provide. Since I joined the team two and a half years ago, I’ve become a team lead, and had my first experience of management. A challenge I’ve really relished, an area I am really excited to learn more about as my career continues.
